Ingredients
2 oz Réduit de Léo
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz. maple syrup
1 egg white
1 oz of sparkling cider
Garnish
Nutmeg and edible flowers
Glass
High ball
Preparation
In a shaker, add all ingredients except the cider.
Shake for a few seconds.
Add ice and shake again.
Pour into a highball glass, add cider and garnish with nutmeg and edible flowers.
