30 ml of lemon juice
Sparkling water to taste

Preparation
In a large highball glass filled with ice cubes, pour Liqueur de thé ANGÉLIQUE with lemon and stir. Top up with sparkling water. Garnish with a slice of lemon. Quite thirst-quenching!
