2 oz Crème Isabelle à la Menthe
2 oz oat milk
0.75 oz simple syrup
¼ cup frozen banana (around ½ banana)
1 tsp (5 ml) matcha tea powder
5 ice cubes
Garnish
1 banana slice

Preparation
- Combine all the ingredients, including the ice cubes, in an electric blender.
- Blend until the texture is slushy.
- Pour into a glass and garnish with a banana slice.
