0.75 oz Émilie Crème de Menthe
0.75 oz Marie-Victorin Gin
1 oz fresh lime juice
0.75 oz simple syrup
¼ cup cantaloupe
3 strips of lemongrass (around 1 inch)
Garnish
1 cantaloupe cube

Preparation
- Use a pestle to crush the lemongrass and cantaloupe in the bottom of a shaker.
- Add the remainder of the ingredients.
- Add ice cubes and shake vigorously.
- Double filter using a fine mesh strainer over a chilled glass.
- Garnish with a cube of cantaloupe.
