Ingredients
1 oz Crème Isabelle à la Menthe
1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
1 short espresso
1 piece of white chocolate
Garnish
1 sprig of mint
Glass
Preparation
- Put two scoops of ice cream in a glass.
- Place the white chocolate on top.
- Pour the espresso directly over the ice cream and white chocolate.
- Sprinkle with Isabelle Crème de Menthe.
- Garnish with the sprig of mint.
