Ingredients
2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
2 oz of Eva’s Mint Cream
2 oz of milk of your choice
5-6 drops of green food coloring (optional)
Whipped cream
Colored marshmallows
Colored candies
Garnish

Preparation
In a blender, add ice cream, crème de menthe, milk and food colouring. Blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a large highball glass and decorate with whipped cream, coloured marshmallows and green or rainbow candies.
