Idola Paloma

1 oz Idola Crème de Menthe
2 oz grapefruit juice
0.75 oz fresh lime juice
0.50 oz simple syrup
Sparkling water

Crushed chilli peppers

1. Combine all ingredients except the sparkling water in a shaker.
2. Add ice cubes and shake vigorously. 
3. Filter into a glass filled with ice cubes or one large ice chunk.
4. Add the sparkling water and stir with a spoon.
5. Top with a sprinkle of crushed chilli peppers.
