Ingredients
2 oz of Vodka
1 oz of squeezed lemon juice
1/2 oz of simple syrup
1 egg white
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Ice cubes
Garnish
Glass
Small coupe or old fashioned
Preparation
Fill a glass with ice cubes to cool it down
Pour all ingredients without ice cubes into a shaker, mix.
Add ice to the shaker, mix again.
Pour the mixture into the glass, straining with a cocktail strainer
