45 ml Réduit de Léo
120 ml sparkling apple cider
Ice
Garnish
Cinnamon stick
Glass
Wine glass
Preparation
Pour Leo’s reduction in a wine glass.
Add ice to the rim.
Turn with a spoon to cool and dilute the mixture.
Add sparkling cider.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
